Internet Registration for ICTS Paper-Based Testing
Internet Registration Requirements
In order to register on the Internet, all of the following must be true:
- You must be able to pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) or a debit or check card that carries the VISA or MasterCard logo and that can be used without the entry of a personal identification number (PIN). Bank cards without the VISA or MasterCard logo cannot be accepted.
- You must have a valid e-mail address.
- You must supply your U.S. social security number. If you do not have a U.S. social security number, contact your regional office of education. You will be assigned a temporary identification number by the Illinois State Board of Education.
- You must use a compatible browser (Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox® 1.5, or higher).
- You must read and agree to the Rules of Test Participation for Paper-Based Testing. Submission of your Internet registration will indicate that you have read and agree to abide by each of the Rules of Test Participation for Paper-Based Testing, as well as all instructions, policies, and other terms and conditions contained in the 2009–2010 ICTS Registration Bulletin.
- You must complete each Internet registration page within 20 minutes. If you do not, your session will expire and any information previously entered will be lost.
